Travel by Les Luxes is an independent travel advisor working in partnership with InteleTravel UK Limited (Company No. 10983417), ABTA membership number P7384 and ATOL licence number 12022. All bookings are arranged through InteleTravel UK Limited and/or our approved supplier partners, depending on the trip you book.
In plain English, here’s what protection you can expect:
If your booking includes a flight and is sold as an ATOL-protected package, your money is financially protected by the ATOL scheme and you will be issued an ATOL Certificate.
If your booking is a package holiday, you also benefit from ABTA’s Code of Conduct and support processes, and there are protections in place if the supplier fails (depending on how the package is sold).
Not every booking is ATOL protected. For example, accommodation-only, flight-only, or other standalone travel services may not be covered by ATOL.
We will always confirm, in writing, what protection applies to your specific booking before you travel.
When will I receive an ATOL Certificate?
If your trip is ATOL protected, you will be issued an ATOL Certificate after you book (typically once payment is taken/confirmed). If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, your booking is not ATOL protected, and you should ask us what protection applies.lfilled via Travel by Les Luxes.”

i. ATOL – Air Travel Organisers Licence
Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL financial protection scheme through our supplier partners (travel brands). But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask your agent to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, then the booking will not be ATOL protected.

Book with Confidence. We are a member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA's assistance and Code of Conduct. All the package holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available.
